President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan has banned Wikipedia from operating in the Islamic country for what the Turkish government describe as "smear campaign against Turkey and Erdogan. Wikipedia is a popular online encyclopedia which contains articles,comments ,statements linking the country to terrorist activities.
