Phyno's I Am A fan Brews Controversy

 2016 a Nigerian rapper, Chibuzo Nelson Azubuike released his Sophomore album "The play maker" the standout tracks were "Pino Pino " "Connect" "Fada fada".
 The track I am a fan caught a life of its own after it became subject of heavy controversy.
 It all started on Friday, may 26,2017 an American singer Pia mia released a new single titled "I am a fan " featuring singer Jeremiah and produced by America beat Maker "REMO" the only thing about that her new track is that it share same title with Phyno's 2016 track on basic inspection it was pretty much the same song.
 Pia mia became an agent of ridicule on Nigeria social media space as different phyno's fans jumped at the back of the 20 year old singer for allegedly jacking the song of Nigeria Super star.
Unconfirmed report suggests Phyno got in contact with American Jeremiah and America producer while creating his Sophomore album and that was when the track I am a fan was first created somewhere along the line an agreement waabt reached the both party went their separate ways until when Phyno got Mr.Eazi ,Decarlo and Benjamz to complete his track 
While REMO offered the track to Pia mia
Phyno has refused to comment on the ongoing controversy as it is yet unclear who owns the right to the track.
