Gunmen Abducted Contractor In Delta State

 A man who is believed to be a contractor has been abducted by three armed men while standing by a road contruction site at Obomkpa Delta state.

An eye witness said that the abductors arrived to construction site and started shooting sporadically before abducting the contractor.
Confirming the incident the Aniocha north local government chairman Chuks Oseme condemned the act describing it as wickedness

 The incident happened a night before the governors visit to Aniocha north and south local governments as part of activities to mark his second year in office.

Although details of the abduction is still sketchy ,an eye witness account says that the incident occurred around 5:30pm when the contractor was waiting for material to continue the construction of 6.6 kilometers road from Idumu ogo to Obomkpa.

Various Vigilante group in the area has been mobilised by Aniocha council chairman and they are expected to comb the bushes in hope  of rescuing to abducted  contractor.
