CBN Bullion Van Rans Into Ogun Governors Convoy

A bullion van belonging to the CBN ran into Ogun State Governors Senator Ibikunle Amosun on the Lagos /Ibadan expressway.
 It was gannerd that the governors Convoy which was on its way to Lagos was forced out if the road, as the CBN bullion van tried to over take the Governors convoy around Ibafor.
 In the process the van which was on high
speed roughly ranned into the governors escort
 Vehicle and damaged it, though the Governor himself was not hurt.
The situation baffled the Governor and his team travelling with him, why will the driver of the CBN van drive so carelessly.
